App wont work at all. Unable to create an account.

I logged on manually avoid the Facebook problems reported in other reviews, and had no problems in that regard. My t-shirt arrived about a week after my trip, and I was happy with the apps performance. A quick hack though. The app uses location services, and although it says you need to be in the gift shop or visitors center of the distillery, you only need to get close, like in the parking lot. This was helpful, since we had leave early on a Sunday morning, but still needed three more stamps. We drove up before these distilleries opened, got our stamps, and drove off without getting out of the car. Fun trip!

Fix the Facebook sign in. I cant access my passbook.

The app is worthless. It wouldnt let me check in at half of the distilleries even though I was standing in the gift shop. It kept telling me the distillery was closed for the day. Also crashes about every 15 minutes. Im deleting it from my phone.

Completed all the stops without an issue until the final stop at Urban Jim Bean (which isnt even in the paper passport). Wouldnt let me check-in and indicated that a new stop had been added (which, again, is not in the paper passport) and that I would have to completely reset the passport and lose all previous 9 stamps. My friends who did the paper passport along with the app were able to get the t-shirt (without having to have a stamp for the "new" stop) but those of us who only used the app were not.

Google your trip. App doesnt work. Very limited need development work or voice of customer to improve. Not impressed.

Cant log in to app using Facebook or email. Ive followed the suggestions for log-in help and have reset my email. Nothing works.

Facebook login does not work, manual sign in crashes app

Walked all around 2 different distillers (Wild Turkey and Woodford Reserve) check in would not work at all. Although the info provided is helpful at times the app is useless without the passport function working. Waste of space and time just do the paper passports.

Can not "check in" at the distillerys.

Like others, we couldnt use this to check in at the distilleries while on the trail in late June. Shelf feature is nice and linking to distiller websites works OK.

This could be awesome, but it does not work. Please fix

This app looks beautiful. Has plenty of info but one of its key features did not work for me. At Jim Beam, Heaven Hill, Wild Turkey, Four Roses, Town Branch and Makers Mark I was unable to check in to get my passport stamp. I didnt mention Woodford because they were closed from flooding and couldnt go. All the locations i tried my cel service was fine except Makers where I tried on their guest wifi. I also tried wifi on Jim Beams guest wifi. Nothing, nada, zilch. Support was quick to respond but I do not believe them when they blame the problems on the cel providers as this didnt work even on Jim Beam or Makers Mark wifi. Use this app for addresses and directions only. Until they get it fixed be sure to grab a paper passport as a backup. Also, add Buffalo Trace in frankfort to your travels. One of the nicer tours and facilities.

This app used to be awesome, after updates started to get pushed it turned to complete garbage. Shelf always crashes now. Cant use facebook.

I downloaded the app last week and it was working fine. Now when I try to open it the home screen says "updating" and freezes. Help!

App has been updating and updating...who knows if its any good!

Its that simple....doesnt work.

I like this app, but ever since the last update, it takes a very long time for the app to start up.

How hard is it to test a release before moving it into production? Apparently difficult. Maybe you should stick with drinking the bourbon vs writing code related to bourbon?

Found this app on the Kentucky Bourbon Trails page. Used it before we took the trip, works great. Took the bourbon trail and used it at every stop. Even the phone links would call the number. Great App. Keep up the Great job. Tony
